For my fellow rock geeks: Thulie it the pink version of Zoisite. It is sometimes referred to as Rosaline Zoisite. The color can range from very pale pink to almost red depending on the amount of Manganese present in the sample. It is common to see Thulite marbled with white calcite. Thulite was first discovered in Norway and is the country's national stone.
Please keep in mind that all pieces of jewelry from Tabby Cat are handmade using natural gemstones. Handmade means that there may be marks from the tools used in the process of making the setting. Natural gemstones are just that- natural. They may have pits in the surface or inclusions visible in transparent and translucent stones. These things just add to the charm of piece.
